Saw over a dozen short-eared owls today at 12:15pm.  Also the leucistic 
rtha, and a pair of rough-legged hawks.  Just north of Bigham Road along 
Pumping Sta Rd there is a farm on the left with a pond beside it.  In the  
pond were 2 pairs of hooded mergansers and a pair of common mergansers.
A sharpie flew over Steinwahr Rd just before Gettysburg.  Unfortunately my 
lunch hour was over....  If anyone is in the area, there has been 
consistently a pair of red-headed woodpeckers along Confederate Avenue bet 
PA116 and Pumping Sta Rd.  If anyone would like info on a pair of nesting 
ravens, let me know.
