Having seen one at Point Pelee a couple of weeks ago, these are very distinctive birds when seen although a picture might be difficult since from the back you would swear you are looking at a sparrow. It's a good thing these are as active as a kinglet or they would be very hard to see (discounting that they are incredibly rare, of course).
