This morning, while enjoying the overcast, humid weather at Hughes Hollow, I heard a warbler that I am sure I recognized. In the tree line past the main impoundment, on the left side of the path, I listened to what I am fairly confident was a Chestnut-Sided Warbler for about 10 minutes. I heard both variants of the call (quoting from Peterson's "see see see see Miss Beacher" and "pleased pleased pleased to Meetcha"), from what sounded like 2 different birds. Unfortunately, I was unable to visually confirm anything. From past experience, it seems that this bird should be on breeding grounds by now. I also don't see any indication on the Montgomery County checklist that CS Warblers breed here.

So, my question, is there something else that sounds like a CS Warbler (no indication that it was a mocker), or could this have been a tardy migrant?
