I inspected eight nest boxes today and found the following:

Riley's Lock

       R1 - Empty.  Fledged six Tree Swallows about a week ago
       R2 - Three eggs.  This is a second brood.  Fledged five warblers two 
weeks ago
       R3 - Three nestlings, two (probably infertile) eggs
       R4 - Two warbler nestlings, one large cowbird nestling, two (probably 
infertile)   
               eggs
       R5 - Empty.  Fledged five warblers during the last week.

Hughes Hollow

       HH1 - Three eggs.  This may be a second brood, because the box could 
not be 
                 inspected three weeks ago due to high water.
       HH2 - Empty, save some remnants of nesting material

Violettes Lock

       V1 - Empty

Looks like late and second nestings will make up the slack for a late spring.
