Greetings,

I thought I'd pass on a second hand report that I got from someone. They 
have been seeing a White Pelican (of unknown origin) in the Farifield area 
of Baltimore City.  I am not familier with this part of Baltimore but the 
person said the bird has been there for some time and they were unsure 
weather it could fly or not.  She also said that it is in Saltwater. She 
added that she figured the bird was just an escapee from the zoo, she does 
not claim to be a birder...  Just passing on this info. I have seen a photo 
of the bird, I can't tell whether it is an American Pelican or not. I can 
email the photo to you off list if anyone would like.
