Hi Everybody,

Nancy and I noticed some good bird activity after we walked Ian to the bus this morning so we worked in a walk after breakfast.

We finished with 50 species. Highlights of the morning included a Yellow-billed Cuckoo, three juvenile BLACK-BILLED CUCKOOS; eight warbler species including a BLUE-WINGED, and a TENNESSEE; 9 Red-eyed, 2 White-eyed, and a PHILADELPHIA VIREO; our first neighborhood Belted Kingfisher and Caspian Terns of the season; a Pileated Woodpecker; and a Veery.

Good Birding,

Walter Ellison
