At noon today I found 2 Snow buntings feeding on grass seeds in the circle at
the point. When a truck drove by they flew to the rocks on the Potomac side,
but soon returned to the grass.

Also seen:

1 C. Loon
10 Brown Pelicans, 9 huddled on pilings at the point, 1 a fly-by at the
causeway
2 Great Blues
30+ Buffleheads
5 LTDs, the waterfowl formerly known as Old Squaw
4 Forster's terns
1 Yellow-rumped Warbler
3 Cardinals
2 Song Sparrows

There were other gulls flying over the bay, but the snow coming in directly
off the bay made it impossible to ID them. Notable by their absence were
scoters & golden-eye.
