I recall that, in the past, Chesapeake Bay Envmtl Ctr had both
wild and wing-clipped waterfowl.  I remember asking the
staffperson a few years back, species by species, which were
clipped and which were wild.  Has anyone verified that the
Eurasian Wigeon is not part of their collection, or do they no
longer have "collection" birds?
