Sarah gives good advice.  Your best bet is to join digiscopingbirds on 
Yahoo and ask specific questions.  Don't be reticient either, you will 
get technical and expert responses. 

There are many third party adapters out there.  I have one made 
specifically for my rig from Dr. Cheang in Ipo, Malasyia.

made their own from PVC pipe material and such.   Ask and keep on asking 
and you will get the answers.  Then of course, you have to decide what 
you want to get out of digiscoping and birding.  There are always many
