         Hi all I did some birding  in Caroline and  Talbot counties  today  
. I saw mostly  waterfowl  but  did get some new arrivals   birds seen

Tuckahoe State  Park    lake  Queen  Annes and caroline co  line

Tree Swallow       3        new for the year


Denton  sewage Pond       1 st  pond  behind   Roses  department  store

Ring Necked Duck         8
Ruddy Duck        4
Bufflehead       1  female
Ring  Billed  Gull       2
Canada Goose       20

2nd  pond veiwed from the  Business park   only a partial veiw

Lesser Scaup     4
Bufflehead         2         one male     one female
Great Black Backed  Gull         1   flyover

Williston     Lake

Not much  here    1      Drake   Bufflehead


Tanyard     Talbot , Caroline county  line    Many gulls here

Ring Billed  Gulls
Herring Gulls
Greater Black Backed Gulls
Green Winged  Teal         10     A    Caroline  County bird for me

Common Merganser      4        in talbot co two female   two   male

Not much of interest here    except  2  Pintails , Canada  Geese  ,  
Blackducks , Green Wing Teal
Eastern  Bluebirds     3


Back in Queens  Annes County

Tundra Swan       40          Wye Mills  in field at    Rt 50 and  Rt 213

Cedar Waxwing        40         John Brown Rd  and   Rt  18     between  
Queenstown  and Centreville    eating Dried Bradford Pear fruit till chase 
off by a  Coppers  Hawk
