Addendum to Horseshoe Crab post...

It was pointed out to me that there are two moratorium options. One is a 
total moratorium, which would stop the harvest of crabs for medical purposes as 
well as taking them for bait.

Our SUPPORT is for the moratorium ON THE TAKING OF CRABS FOR BAIT. We do not 
oppose the take for medical purposes as these crabs are returned to the ocean. 
 There is no scientific evidence on what the impact of  a Males ONly harvest 
will do to the population, so we are OPPOSED to that option.
