Nice day to go birding, compared to how the week has gone. I went out today, just to get out in the nice weather and saw some good species.

The highlights were:

First pond I stopped at on Rt. 309
Green-winged Teal 6
Greater Yellowlegs 7
Tree Swallow 60
Barn Swallow 2
Horn Lark 4

Second pond I stopped at on Rt. 309
Horn lark 3
Greater Yellowlegs 5
Solitary Sandpiper 2 (not sure if they are here at these dates)
Wilson's Snipe 1
Tree Swallow 6
Barn Swallow 1

Little Eagle Rd.
American Kestrel 3
Red-tailed Hawk 1
Cooper's Hawk 1
Horn Lark 4

Again it was a great day for birding....
