I made a quick pass through Ft. Bayard Park this beautiful morning, since
I'll be away for most of the rest of the week. The most interesting birds
were 3 CHIPPING SPARROWS. During spring migration they are one of the most
abundant birds here, but these are my first ever for the park in the fall.
Also had a SAPSUCKER, PHOEBE, and JUNCO going about their business.
