It's not hunting I object to. I'd be delighted if they took out half the deer population in North America. It's their marksmanship that worries me.

It's ironic that the ducks on the bay are out there because of waterfowl
hunters. There are concerns that the current decline in the number of
licensed hunters (and anglers) will result in subsequent decreases in
revenue, which enable waterfowl conservation and habitat preservation and
expansion. Managed hunting, in my humble opinion, benefits all natural
resource stakeholders.
