Up until now I have unable to look for the Tropical Kingbird.  If anyone is interested in joining in, I plan to leave Millersville (near Exit 10 on I-97) around 5:45 AM tomorrow (Tuesday, 2 Jan) for an all day trip.  I'll like be stopping at Blackwater NWR (AW Pelicans etc) and Hoopers Island Road (Eurasian Collared Dove etc) along the way, either to or from the Kingbird.  The Kingbird was seen yesterday and the weather is supposed to be sunny tomorrow so I'm optimistic.
