They also had a kestrel, a turkey vulture and a barn owl. I  was 
somewhat surprised that they didn't have a rehabbed bald eagle, which 
would have been more appropriate for the Eagle Festival. The 
Spectacled Owl was the offspring of the two they have at the 
Baltimore Zoo that the zoo "couldn't keep."
