I just received a phone call from Tom Johnson who told me he just had
an Eurasian Collared-Dove just south of the Mason-Dixon line in
Washington County. The bird was seen at the intersection of Weller Rd
and Maple Ridge Rd, northwest of Pectonville, MD.  The bird was last
seen flying southeast toward Rt 456 toward the Crossroads Deli. This
location is approximately 3-4mi off I-70 and approximately 5mi south
of PA.
