HI all,

Will post full list later. At Blackwater little
after 7am, Lark Sparrow in ok view in scrub between
fence line and V.C. with several sparrows and
bluebirds. At 10am at Washington Monument SP, ran into
Bob Ringler who had informned me about a Black Scoter
at Green Bridge Rd. Very slow at the state park with
many common backyards birds, few hawks, and a nice
view of Golden-crowned Kinglet. After that, went to
Greenbrier SP and there were 1 Tundra Swan, several
Bufflehead, Ruddy Duck, Hooded Merganers, 1
Ring-necked Duck and one Pied-billed Grebe. Pine
Siskin at top of small row of trees on edge of lake
near boat ramp. Next to RT 17 pond or Burkittsville
Pond (whatever the correct name for that pond) and had
some nice variety of ducks including a drake Redhead.
Then to Lilypons and no loon to be seen, but several
sparrows and a snipes. On way to Lilypons were 11
Horned Larks on Oland Rd. No scoter at Greenbridge Rd
but a lot of ducks on last stop at Piney Run Park.
