I spent most of the morning birding around the Ocean City area. Highlights --

OC Inlet
Common Eider -- 1 scoped south side of jetty
Harlequin Ducks -- 2 seen from the dock at the end of Talbot Street
Great Cormorant -- 1 seen sitting on a piling at the end of the jetty behind the hotel next to the inlet

South Point
Eurasian Collared Dove -- 1 seen hunkered down in the bushes behind the little red house on the right, right before the boat ramp.

Ocean Pines
Redhead -- 1 with the Canvasback flock
1000's of gulls in and around the main pond. I didn't see any of the rarer gulls but with the numbers they had to be there.

Assateague NP mainland boat ramp (on the north side of the road before the bridgeto the island)

White-winged Scoter -- 2 hanging out with a large flock of Surf Scoters.

The Cambridge waterfront is booming again with large numbers of waterfowl. All the usual subjects including four Redheads seen with the Canvasback flock at the end of Oakley St. Also one drake Wood Duck with the Canvasback flock.
