I was at Point Lookout yesterday afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather 
and the waterfowl. I had completely forgotten about the earlier posting of the 
Harlequin Duck so I actually blurted out, "omigod!" when the duck swam into 
the scope's view.

Other birds:

Scaup
Long-tailed Ducks
Horned Grebes
Red-breasted Mergansers
Bufflehead

Earlier at Flag Ponds there were Bonaparte's Gulls and a pair of Bald Eagles 
wheeling about each other.
