I did a quick loop around Bay Ridge at the end of Forest Drive (South
of Annapolis).  At the point facing the Bay Bridge, I found a raft of
80 + Surf Scoter, a few dozen Bufflehead and four Horned Grebe.

In addition, there was one BONAPARTE'S GULL bobing on the steady chop
with a few Ring Billed Gulls and the many Scoters.
