Do the paper or mud wasps that use bluebird boxes interfere with the birds  
nesting?  Should they be cleaned out?  I've found that a little ivory  bar soap 
on the ceiling usually deters the paper wasp, but sometimes they are  clever 
enough to hang their nest from the sides.
