N. Arundel: 5/22/08: Weinberg Park Migrants

Hello all.

Stopped by Weinberg Park this morning for awhile and despite the gathering 
wind, I picked up some great birds.  Most notable was the PHILADELPHIA 
VIREO reported earlier. Great bird and so seldom seen.  Along the main trail (at 
the trail's end) off of Fairview Beach road.

Also, plenty of warblers, all of which were seen along the same main trail.

Highlights:

Yellow-billed Cuckoo: 2 at the end of the main trail
Eastern Kingbird: 2
Great-crested Flycatcher: 2
Eastern Wood Pewee: 2
Empid sp.: 1
Ruby-throated Hummingbird: 1
VEERY: 1  singing in the distance
Wood Thrush: 1
PHILADELPHIA VIREO: 1  Good looks at it
White-eyed Vireo: 2
Red-eyed Vireo: 2
Yellow Warbler: 1
CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLER: 3  Great to see them
Magnolia Warbler: 1
Black-throated Blue Warbler: 3 two of them singing loudly
Black-throated Green Warbler: 1
Pine Warbler: 1
Blackpoll Warbler: 4
Tennessee Warbler: 1
Northern Parula: 2
Black-and-white Warbler: 2
American Redstart: 8
Common Yellowthroat: 3
Canada Warbler: 2 males, halfway down the main trail, west side
Wilson's Warbler: 1  I'm getting used to seeing and hearing these guys
Scarlet Tanager: 2
Indigo Bunting: 2
White-throated Sparrow: 2  Near Fairview Beach road
Orchard Oriole: 1 female
