A belated Sunday report. I joined Ruth Bergstrom for a scouting trip to Harford Glen Park. We had a nice 61 species morning which included a couple of lifers for Ruth. Highlights were a Least Tern hovering over the wetland area which then engaged in an amazing racing duel with a Tree Swallow in which the Swallow seemed to be chasing the Tern, and both disappeared downstream. As others have reported, the variety of warblers is going down, but we still had 10 including a Mourning Warbler and lots of Blackpolls. Ruth heard an Acadian Flycatcher. My complete list from eBird follows.
