Hi,
Just checked with my office and the White Pelican is still there ( at 11:06) - That is the Amports property pier - the tank farm mentioned is actually Nustar which has the active pier with the piping around it - the Amports pier is the 1st of 3 abandoned piers ( farthest one south from Ft McHenry right next to me - we are the green roofed building )
BTW: This is from a message on the June 5th:
The White Pelican was first noticed around 5 pm Wednesday June 4th right after the first round of storms - He was there all day Thursday the 5th but has not been seen today. This is not a public area - our building is in between the Amports Yards - where cars are offloaded from ships.
