An AM visit to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens yielded spectacular looks at a
Yellow-crowned Night-heron. The lone bird was foraging along the edge of a
tiny pond right in front of the park nature center.

I did come across a couple who were trying for the reported Alder Flycatcher
without much luck.

Lotuses and lilies were in full bloom and tourists were out in strength to
appreciate the panorama.
