I was thinking that this hawk is a juvenile Red Shouldered. My field guide shows a darker head on the juvenile in flight. 
It was perched high on a branch with a Cardinal trying to chase it away. It was seen in the watershed trees across from my driveway, I hope it doesn't stay around.
Could I get a confirmation on the id?
I only have pictures of the front, I hope it helps.
