The key word in that product of course is... OIL.

Concerned about the price of seed? Blame it on the BlackOIL Sunflower
Seed prospectors and speculators who drive up the price on the seed
commodity markets.

It's about time for government open up all of the National Park lands
for drilling to get more sunflowers. And if we could find a way to
level all of the mountaintops in the Appalachians for more sunflower
planting, that would provide enough clean, renewable seed for the
birds for years to come. Of course, this wouldn't actually help the
market price of seed for at least 10 years.

So in the meantime, is there any country we could invade for seed?
