Folks
Using Jim Stasz's philosophy, Benedict might be the best location in Charles 
County since the storm should be counter-clockwise so the wind and rain 
would be behind you while you set in the car and watch the Patuxent River. 
The Port Tobacco Marina could also be productive, but Marshall Hall might 
not be too bad if the winds are from the south west.  Either way if we get a 
good storm I will check them all.
Good hurricane bird watching.
