MD Osprey:

I am forwarding the report, below, from Jim Tate of a Ross's Gull 
flying over the Potomac at the Teddy Roosevelt Bridge on Sunday 
(9/21). Jim wanted to me to forward this to MD Osprey so that more 
people will be on the lookout in hopes of relocating it.
