I just came back from the Pocomoke sand pits and saw the following birds.
25+ Ring necked Ducks ( first of year )
50+ Coots ( first of year )
100+ Ruddy Ducks ( first of year )
1000+ Canada Geese
2 Domestic Geese ( one white and the other had a white face)
1 Greater White Fronted Goose ( First of year )
( Saw well, smaller then all the geese including domestic. had all the
characteristics ( brown with black striping on belly, the diagnostic white stripe
in front of face. It also had a orange bill which in the Sibley's bird book
shows as a Greenland race. Compared to the Graylag Goose it had a more
slender head and was smaller.)

2 Lesser Scaup
1 Green winged Teal
12 Mallards
8 Bald Eagles
2 Red tailed Hawks
2 Peregrine Falcons
1 Merlin
1 Coopers Hawk
30 American Turkeys
12 Dark eyed Juncos
5 Golden crowned Kinglets
30+ Killdeer
5 Double Crested Cormorants

If anybody wants to go to the sand pits to bird I advise going on the
weekends. Because its a holiday I may stop by there tomorrow.

 Birding forever
