Good Morning,

I spoke with someone at Poplar Island this morning about doing another  
tour to see the snowy owl. The owl has not been seen in a few days.  
They think it may be due to windy conditions. If he is spotted again  
they may do another tour but this would have to be approved. They  
require at least 8 people and no more than 24. I will be checking next  
week to see if the owl has been seen and if another tour is possible.  
If it is I will take names of those who are interested.
