George Jett had mentioned to some birders about an excellent European 
reference dealing with Tufted Duck identification when the 
identification of the Cambridge bird was still being hotly discussed. 
I sought copyright permission and (despite a roadblock) have posted 
images of the relevant plates on my blog.
