Today, I was informed of a possible Peregrine Falcon sighting in downtown
Cumberland, so I went to check it out on my way home from the university
today. After searching around the reported area on Washington St., I found
an adult PEREGRINE FALCON perched high atop the Allegany County Courthouse.
It certainly has a good food supply with the thousands of Rock Pigeons
around Cumberland. Hopefully it will stick around.

Good birding!

David
