Hey everyone-

After school baseball tryouts from 7 to 9 am, I joined my Dad on a trip to Ocean City. I won't bother with full lists from each spot, but highlights included:

-Great Cormorant at OC Inlet (thanks to Wayne Bell, Amanda Spears, and others for giving me much better views through their scope than I could get with my binos. The bird was sitting on the south jetty, almost in full breeding plumage)

-Dickcissel at South Point (Wayne found this bird yesterday, and Jim Brighton, Tom Field, Mike Burchett, my Dad, and I hurried over to the parking lot at the end of the road, where we got some quick views of the bird, which was associating with House Sparrows in the reeds next to the red house)

-American White Pelicans at Blackwater (around 20 or 25 along wildlife drive, I couldn't count exact number due to to lack of a scope. Also, White-Crowned Sparrows continued at the visitors center feeders)

No photos from today, as the weather was not too cooperative, but still a great day for birds!
