And I reply:

I went down to the Havre de Grace waterfront area over lunch today but was unable to find the owl.  I only spent about 45 minutes doing a slow drive by of the area in my car.

I did see a bunch of coots (maybe 20) in the water, about a hundred robins on the lawns, and what looked like 3 Black Crowned Night Herons in the brush on the island right across from the Yacht Basin at Tydings park.  I didn't have my scope with me so I am not real sure about those.
