Hi all,
I went birding in and around the neighborhood today, and managed to find some nice spring birds. I started the day at Cabin John RP where I had my FOY Pine Warbler. I also had several Chipping Sparrows. I did not see a Winter Wren there for the first time this year.

This afternoon at the Grosvenor Park Apartments pond I had my FOY Barn Swallow. I did not see the BCNH for the first time in several days. Still no YCNH.

The next sightings of note came at Strathmore. There is a tiny pond that I check sometimes just because it is within walking distance of my house. Today I was surprised to find two Mallards, two American Wigeons, and a Hooded Merganser as well my FOY Green Heron.
