There were large numbers of flyover gulls at Schoolhouse Pond this morning. The highlight was a flock of 42 Bonaparte's Gulls that flew over heading north. Other gulls included 402 noisy Laughing Gulls, 22 Ring-billed Gulls, and 80 Herring Gulls.
Other birds present included 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 3 Osprey, several Yellow-rumped Warblers, several Blue Jays, and singing Chipping Sparrows (at the adjacent historic building). I have not seen Trumpeter Swan #962 since March 23.
