Did anyone on this list stop by the potato field in Leipsic this weekend (Sunday?).  If so,  I’d love to hear what was found.  



I saw three cars stopped there, with folks scanning the field. Of course, I had to stop, too, but never made it to the group to ask what they might have seen – I was too busy trying to ID the fluttering horned lark flock and what I think was a few little semipalmated sandpipers asleep on the field.  That’s all I could find – but I would absolutely love to hear what others came up with.  

 

I’m aware it’s extra-limital, so would encourage folks to respond privately.
