2 Black Scoters in DC

This (Sun., 11/1) morning, Frank Hawkins found 2 BLACK SCOTERS on the
Potomac River between the 14th St. Bridge and Memorial Bridge in DC.  I
also saw them this afternoon (1:15pm) in the same location (actually,
opposite the entrance to the FDR Memorial along Ohio Dr.)  Also present
were 7 RUDDY DUCKS.  

Other ducks of note:  1 LONG-TAILED DUCK at Georgetown Reservoir (per
Frank, I did not see this bird) and 5 BUFFLEHEADS at Hains Pt (at the
mouth of the Washington Channel).
