It's probably worth mentioning that on Friday afternoon (12/4/2009 around 2pm), I had what I perceived to be juvenile white winged gull at the Inner Harbor, not far from Phillips Seafood. I had no binoculars, and I was walking back from lunch with my supervisor, so I could not linger around to take a look to fully identify it. Perhaps it was the same bird.
