Jeff Culler and I birded at Big Pool, Washington County this morning. The highlights were Tundra Swan 1, Am Wigeon 1, Northern Pintail 3, Canvasback 1, Redhead 2, and American Coot 1. All of the ducks were just past Mile Marker 113 which is about 1 mile north of the C&O Canal parking area at Fort Frederick State Park. We missed the Common Goldeneyes which David Yeany saw, a few days ago. The complete list is below. 

On returning to Howard County we had 1 blue phase adult Snow Goose at the pond on Lariland Farms, visable from Rt 94.
