The Ruff that Mikey found this morning at Blackwater was still there as of
11:00.  It was seen well seen from the Wildlife Drive, out on the flats,
just passed the area behind the visitors center.  This bird is not in
breeding plumage and it was with Lesser Yellowlegs.
