Hi Stephen,

That was me and Peter Pyle, and don't forget Elaine Nakash was there too!  We saw a Great Egret and a N. Rough-winged Swallow there as well.  There were also some singing Horned Larks along Oland Rd.

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Bonapartes Gull Lilypons

I went out today not so much to go birding but to photograph any nature I could find. At 9:30 at  Lilypons I found a Bonaparte's Gull in the large puddle by the road. It was starting to get its summer plumage. It was smaller than a Laughing Gull and it called once clenching the identity. On my way out out I met to birders sorry I don't remember their names and asked them to double check my identification. which they did and I got my confirmation.
