I noticed the bird @3:30 this afternoon and notified the landfill staff.  Not sure what if anything they were going to do.  By the time i got home, the landfill was closed - closing time is 4:30.  

If anyone reading this wants to take action, the bird with a broken wing was very near the weigh station at the entrance.  The exact location was behind the three tractor trailers that are used to collect used tires.  

Unfortunately, i will be away from my phone and computer most of the day tomorrow.
