There was a nice variety of thrushes at Gorman Rd / Eden Brook this morning. This is the same location where Stan Arnold reported the Gray-cheeked Thrush yesterday.

I recommend getting there just after dawn. By 7:30 am people and dogs were out walking and scaring the thrushes back into the woods.

If you follow the paved road remnant downhill towards the river, stop about 200 feet before the end and watch the pavement in front of you. My complete list is below.

Middle Patuxent River - Eden Brook Drive (Columbia Open Space) ADC 5052-K4 & 5053-A5 (19-E2), Delorme 57-D5
From US 29, go east on MD 32 for about 1.0 mile and take the Shaker Drive/Eden Brook Drive exit. Bear right at the top of the ramp to the traffic light at Eden Brook Drive. Turn left and drive 0.5 mile to the traffic light at Guilford Road. Continue straight across the intersection entering Dickinson (Kings Contrivance Village Center will be on the left). Follow Eden Brook Drive 0.6 mile to the dead end at a metal barrier just beyond the intersection with First League. Follow the paved road remnant downhill to the river where there are beaten paths in both directions.
