I led five folks today for the C&O Canal Association, we went upstream from Riley's Lock. Highlights were a Mute Swan, Yellow-throated Vireo, and Brown Creeper.

2 Red-shouldered Hawk
1 Red-tailed Hawk (Eastern)

Big migratory push, they were moving upstream at treetop level. Did not manage a count, but probably several hundred.
