Brad Lanning just called me at work and told me that friends of his from W.VA. (Barry, etc.) were in Hagerstown and checked the area behind the Sedgewick Way pool house (the area behind the Centre at Hagerstown Mall) and saw a SHRIKE where a Loggerhead Shrike was originally seen in August, 2009. Brad did not verify as to whether Barry said he felt it was a Northern or Loggerhead.
