The flock of roughly 50 Rusty Blackbirds was present today at the location off of Florence Rd. in Mt. Airy. That's kind of a tricky intersection where Florence, Schaffers Mill, and Schaffersville come together, because of the way that Florence changes directions several times. The birds were in the trees and on top of the manure/compost heap (whatever it is, they think it's good eatin').
