The Ft Amistead Harlequin was seen yesterday between 1 and 2 pm near the concrete piers by myself and J. Martin . I arrived as Joel was leaving. It was busily diving . There were some gulls mobbing it . Has anyone else noticed this ? Were they trying to get what ever it is he is getting under the water?  Other than gulls the only company were 1 Scaup , 1 Buffle. I was only able to watch about 15 minutes as i had to head to the doctors thanks to a cold thanks to this cold weather !
